Join us at Snowfort for a special hands-on art event with textile artist Susan Granfors, whose work transforms fabric, stitching, color, and found materials into richly layered pieces full of texture and imagination.
Children ages 4–10ish are invited to hear Susan talk about how she creates her artwork and then make a small textile piece of their own using fabric, thread, and collage materials. Each child will also frame their creation to take home—a tiny gallery piece made by hand.
Parents and caregivers are warmly invited to join in the fun and create alongside their kids if they’d like.
This will be a relaxed, welcoming afternoon of creativity, conversation, and making things together—no experience necessary, just curiosity and a willingness to experiment. All materials provided.
